XTRA GUILDIE XMAS SWAG BAGS!
The concept is simple. I am leaving the raffle prizes this week up to you, our members. Our guilds would not be what they are without you, so for XTRA GUILDIE XMAS SWAG BAGS, I’m leaving the presents up to you!
If you would like to donate a SWAG BAG, mail me the package information and prizes. I would like all SWAG BAGS to be worth over 50,000 gold. You may donate whatever you would like if it meets that one qualification.
You CAN group with other guildies to meet the amount qualification for the SWAG BAG. Please have your SWAG BAG in to me by the end of the day on Tuesday, so I have time to process it.
I will keep the contents of the SWAG BAGS secret until the raffle starts on that Sunday, then I will reveal which member donated the SWAG BAG and what the SWAG BAG contains! The winners will be chosen in the usual manner!!! Last time we did XMAS IN JULY SWAG BAGS we had 118 total packages SO BE PREPARED!!!!
Because this year Christmas Eve is on Sunday (our usual raffle date) and New Year’s Eve is on Sunday (another usual raffle day) I’m splitting up the SWAG BAG raffle. The raffle ticket window opens the usual day, BUT we will be awarding the SWAG BAGS starting on Wednesday, December 27th. The ticket window will be open until that time. After the SWAG BAGS are over, we will do another 10 day raffle week, so I can have New Year’s Eve off. At the start of the year we will return to business as usual.

My guild spiel:
The raffle is shared between three guilds. The Auction House, The Silk Road and Insert Guild Name Here have the same raffle. This means I need to announce the winning number in one guild, then the other, then the third and then look up the winner and announce that in all three guilds.
THEN I mail the prize to the winner right away. Only then do I move on to the next prize. It is a slow process. Deal with it. It is not a race.
I use Random.org to pick the winning tickets numbers. I don’t care if you keep track of your numbers or not. They are all linked on the website, ESORadio.com. If you have ANY questions, go to ESORadio.com. It will be answered there.
